Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please remember that we are only human. And canine. We live on a homestead in the hills, where our chooks are more reliable than our internet and phone services, and it is a 22 km round trip to the nearest post office.

Wherever possible, you will be notified by email of any unexpected shipping delays due to circumstances such as stock limitations, order volumes or postal service problems. We will get your products to you by hook or by crook, even if we need to call in the carrier pigeons!!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a $15 flat rate shipping within Australia. We know that $15 is a bit ruff if you’re only purchasing a $7 bag of your favourite doggo goodies, but you know our treats are pawsitively worth it so there’s no point whining!! Un-fur-tunately shipping is expensive!

As an alternative to paying shipping and handling fees we suggest you go pur-chase from one of our amazing re-tail-ers. Or just buy more!! FREE shipping for orders over $100.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of Australia.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at woof@thehillbillyhound.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
