Refunds And Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, questions or complaints, don’t get barking mad!  Please contact us on woof@thehillbillyhound.com.au.

Items can be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you purchased your Hillbilly Hound product through our website, please contact us on woof@thehillbillyhound.com.au to discuss return/refund options.  Please include photos of the treats.  This helps us to identify the issue and ensures we’re not barking up the wrong tree!! 

If you’ve received the incorrect item please let us know!  Us hoomans aren’t purrfect!  We’ll get it sorted quick-smart.

If you purchased your Hillbilly Hound product through one of our local retailers, please return the product to the retailer in the first instance to discuss return/refund.  

If you return your item to us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.  

With all returns and refunds, each issue will be taken on case by case and the outcome is ultimately at our discretion.

To return your product, you should mail your product to The Hillbilly Hound, c/- Serpentine Post Office, Serpentine  WA  6125.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a larger/more expensive order, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
