Meet Banjo & Bear

Howdy! We are Banjo and Bear. Chief quality controllers at the Hillbilly Hound. Welcome to our website!

We are so lucky to live on a 6 acre hobby farm in the beautiful Perth hills. We share our place with our buddy Noodle (the alpaca) and his girls Thelma & Louise (Suffolk ewes). We watch over a whole lot of poultry for Mum (she’s a chook Mum as well as a dog Mum) and we tolerate Tilly and Jazz (ragdoll cats).

Our human brothers are Jack, Jarrah and Fletcher and as far as teenagers go, they’re the best!!! Our favourite things to do include taking them surfing, taking Mum trail running and taking Dad mountain bike riding.

But our most important daily task is to make sure the standard of the Hillbilly Hound treats is second to none! We take this role very seriously and you should feel confident that we monitor all proceedings in the Hillbilly House very closely, and sample VERY regularly.

We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labour!

I only give my pups natural food and so was delighted to find a local supplier who does not use preservatives or additives. The dogs absolutely love them, our little Maltese cross normally sniffs her treats and turns her nose up but with the kangaroo she snatched them out of our hands which is a first and our golden retriever just stuffed them down which is normal.
